81% for the ANC! 12% for the UDM!!! Not so much - the votes add up to way more than 100% !
There must be a problem with their program :)
Maybe take their results with a pinch of salt... (You can download the official results from the IEC website. It is not very user friendly though, I am afraid.)

Elections are always rigged, it's just the manner inwhich it's done that makes most disputes legitimate. First the biggest DA districts in the WC experienced power failures, followed by lack of ballots. And the question would be 'why can't rural eNkandla be the one without ballots, but Philipi?'. Just wondering. The other way is to stuff ballot boxes with excess ballots to make the results null and void, that's why we have all these more than 100% voters in some districts. Truly with 60 - 70% of teachers being SADTU members and SADTU being the campaigning arm of the ANC and IEC always using teachers as electoral officers, does anyone really think they can put down their mantle for a sec and be fair? No ways.
One advantage, unlike Zim, we do get resuts within the stipulated timeframe. Like Zim we always have those who count the ballots being the winners. Just joking hahahahaha
